Today his work spans web development, CRM implementation, business automation, AI solutions and system integrations. Clients work with him directly, so the person scoping the system is the person building it.
His approach is business-first. He starts with the revenue, efficiency or support problem, then builds a system that can grow with the company instead of being rebuilt from scratch.
